Men's Base Tailoring

In this course, through exclusive theoretical and practical instruction, the student will begin to acquire the basic skills of men's pattern making and artisan tailoring, in line with the canons of traditional Italian and the rules of good taste.

Men's Base Tailoring

  • Study size charts (on size and custom-made) and fit
    - Construction and realization of the paper pattern by hand
    - Model testing and defection
    - Study of garment type: pants, shirt, classic jacket (blazer), vest.
    - Study of sartorial finishing: by hand, by machine
    - Fabrics, materials and instrumentation (part 1)
    - Tailoring and tailoring

At the end of the course, the student will be able to choose whether to finish his or her course of study, thus obtaining a FREQUENCY CERTIFICATE, or to continue by studying variations of the garments made in this phase of study.
